Return & Refund Policy – Souqro

At Souqro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel your order, contact us immediately at our support email.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used or damaged items (caused by customer)

  • Products without original packaging

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for:

    • Damaged products

    • Wrong items delivered

  • Once your return is approved:

    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Store credit (if preferred)

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care items

  • Beauty products (if opened)

  • Undergarments

6. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us with:

    • Order number

    • Product images/video as proof

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  3. If approved:

    • We will arrange return pickup OR guide you with return instructions

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item):
    👉 We cover the return cost

  • If applicable otherwise:
    👉 Customer may bear shipping cost

8. Delivery Policy (UAE & Saudi Arabia)

  • Delivery time:

    • UAE: 2–5 business days

    • Saudi Arabia: 3–7 business days

  • We offer:
    👉 Cash on Delivery (COD) across selected regions
