1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).


2. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): 5–12 business days
  • Saudi Arabia: 7–15 business days
  • Other GCC countries: 7–18 business days

3. SHIPPING FEES

We aim to keep shipping costs affordable.

  • Some products may include FREE SHIPPING
  • Other products may include a small shipping fee, shown at checkout

Shipping costs (if applicable) will always be clearly displayed before payment.


4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations and products.

If COD is available for your order:

  • You pay only when you receive your package
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order

⚠️ Note: Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available).

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Souqro is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


9. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
